Grace Mirande is an enthusiastic engineer with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial & Systems Engineering from The Ohio State University, which they pursue from 2020 to 2025. They hold a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and have accumulated over a year and a half of internship and co-op experience in diverse industries, including biotech and aerospace. Currently, Grace serves as an Executive Fellow with Engineers Without Borders USA and has previously enhanced operational efficiencies during internships at Sierra Space, Ginkgo Bioworks, and Raytheon Missiles & Defense.
