Kim Griffis is an experienced professional in nonprofit management and corporate engagement, currently serving as the Corporate Membership Manager at EWB-USA since October 2009, focusing on the involvement of corporate partners in various programs. Additionally, Kim has held the position of Chapter Relations Manager for the Midwest and Southeast Regions at Engineers Without Borders-USA since 2009. Previous roles include Associate Development Director at the Colorado Springs Fine Art Center and Membership Sales Manager & Film Commissioner at the Colorado Springs Convention and Visitors Bureau. Kim holds a Master’s degree in Nonprofit Management from Regis University and Bachelor's degrees in Graphic Design and Interior Design from Colorado State University and California College of the Arts, respectively.

Engineers Without Borders USA (EWB-USA) is a nonprofit humanitarian organization established to support community-driven development programs worldwide through partnerships that design and implement sustainable engineering projects, while providing transformative experiences that enrich global perspectives and create responsible leaders. Today, more than two billion people lack access to the most basic things—clean drinking water, adequate sanitation, reliable passage to local markets and more. EWB-USA’s vision is a world in which the communities they serve have the capacity to sustainably meet their basic human needs. EWB-USA members are in remote corners of the world right now working hard to make EWB-USA’s vision a reality.
