Natalie Merrill is a Civil Engineering graduate and an EIT who is passionate about applying engineering principles to the sustainable development of natural and built environments. Currently, Natalie serves as an Executive Fellow at Engineers Without Borders USA, where they collaborate with leadership on nonprofit management and humanitarian engineering projects. Previously, Natalie gained experience as a Field Crew Member with Utah Conservation Corps, an undergraduate research assistant at The Ohio State University, and a resident project engineering intern at 3M. Natalie earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The Ohio State University, which they attended from 2020 to 2024.
