Phuc Vu Pe

Phuc Vu, PE, has extensive experience in engineering, focusing on humanitarian and environmental projects. Since September 2005, Phuc Vu has served as Project Lead at Engineers Without Borders USA, overseeing international initiatives related to school design, agricultural development, and water quality improvements. Concurrently, since May 1993, Phuc Vu has held the position of Design Engineer at the USDA-Natural Resources Conservation Service, where responsibilities include engineering design and consultation in natural resources, with notable projects such as dam rehabilitations and flood management.
