André Tomás

André Tomás has a wealth of work experience. From 2009 to 2011, they were a Software Development Consultant at SVTI, Lda, where they planned a network infrastructure for more than 100 machines, configured secure print over the Internet, and converted an old MS-DOS database to MS-SQL. From 2011 to 2015, they worked at the Instituto de Telecomunicações as a Researcher, developing projects and proofs of concept. During this time, they also worked at RH Portugal as an IT Project Manager, managing a new Internet product search engine implementation, developing small applications for task automation, and managing IT infrastructure. From 2018 to 2019, they were a Full Stack Project Manager at Keima, sistemas ecologicos de aquecimento, lda. and then moved to Enging - Make Solutions, where they served as an IT Manager and Senior Embedded System Engineer. In this role, they were a product and R&D manager for firmware development, as well as an IT manager and security advisor.

André Tomás earned a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Universidade de Aveiro from 2009 to 2012, and a Master's Degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Universidade de Aveiro from 2008 to 2012.
