Ann Watson

Watson serves as Chief Executive Officer at Enginuity, a charity dedicated to closing engineering and manufacturing skills gaps in the UK. Watson previously served as Chief Operating Officer at Enginuity from 2013 to 2014, leading the transformation of Group operations and major reorganisations. Watson has held marketing and management roles at EAL, including Marketing & Product Manager (1998–2005) and Managing Director, responsible for an annual turnover of £10 million and delivering qualifications to about 150,000 learners each year. Watson was a finalist for the IoD Young Director of the Year award in 2007. Watson attended the University of Teesside from 1990 to 1994.
