Gregor Noczinski is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in software engineering and development. Currently serving as CTO and Founder at Engity since January 2022, Noczinski previously held the position of Head of Software Engineering at SYNAOS until October 2024. Prior roles include VP of Engineering at wundertax GmbH and LEVERTON, as well as Senior Engineering Manager at GoEuro. Noczinski has extensive experience in software development, having also worked as Head of Software Development and Senior System-Architect at Lautsprecher Teufel GmbH, and as Senior System-Architect at MOTOR-TALK GmbH. Early in the career, Noczinski served as System Architect at optivo GmbH, and contributed to the Web-Department at MAGIX AG, in addition to working in embedded development at Forschungsgesellschaft BAU UND UMWELT mbH.

As a European and GDPR-compliant provider of Identity & Access Management, Engity offers European SMEs, start-ups, and grown-ups a fully scalable, managed, and flexibly customizable IAM solution.
