As Secretary of Sausage Tree Charity since 2000, Will has been instrumental in raising over £450,000 to support orphaned children and deprived communities in Zambia. Current roles include Non Executive Director at England Squash and Apex Foundation, focusing on charitable projects and environmental conservation. Previously, Will served as Managing Director of Ducis Advisors, Chief Marketing Officer at the America's Cup Event Authority and World Surf League, and Head of Communications at the Rugby Football Union, where a strong emphasis on communications strategy led to significant engagement growth.
