Simon Bean

Simon Bean is a seasoned leader in strategy, customer experience, operations, business transformation, and commercial development within the visitor attractions, tourism, leisure, and hospitality sectors. They served as Managing Director for Instone International and UK General Manager for ATPI, driving client retention and acquisition efforts. Simon held various roles at Air New Zealand Limited, including Sales Manager for the UK/Ireland, where they managed a team to enhance sales strategies. Additionally, Simon has contributed to English Heritage in several capacities, including Assistant Director of Operations. They began their career as a Reservations Manager at Rainbow Holidays and operated as Managing Owner of Beacon MRC Ltd, overseeing multiple industry assignments.
