Tracy Coltharp

Tracy Coltharp is an experienced project manager with a robust background in the engineering and energy sectors. Currently serving as Project Manager II at ENGlobal since September 2022, Tracy previously held the position of Senior Project Manager at Phillips 66 from October 2019 to September 2022. Tracy's extensive experience includes roles as Engineering Manager and Senior Project Manager at TRC Companies, Inc. and Senior Project Manager at several firms, including Willbros Engineers, QPS Engineering, and URS Corporation. Tracy began a professional career in engineering at Willbros Engineers and ConocoPhillips. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Oklahoma State University, earned between 1993 and 1997.
