Currently serving as VP of Implementation and formerly in various management positions at Engrain, Bryan has successfully designed and implemented process improvements and automation strategies, leading to significant operational efficiencies. Bryan's leadership skills are exemplified by the mentorship and development of new supervisors, which enhanced team performance. Prior to Engrain, Bryan held multiple roles at Surfboards.com, where Bryan optimized standard operating procedures and managed key operational functions. Additionally, Bryan has experience in tax processing from a brief tenure at H&R Block, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
