Tyler Popp is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in leading recruitment efforts and employee development. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition & Employee Development at Engtal since December 2018, Tyler has been recognized with the Business Impact Award in both 2022 and 2024. Tyler's efforts have contributed significantly to the growth of Engtal and Biotal, two prominent staffing firms in Chicago, focusing on hiring across various levels. Prior to this role, Tyler successfully scaled the South East Engineering division at Engtal, placing engineers in multiple states.
