Ng Hook

Dato' Ng Hook is the Group Managing Director and was appointed to the Board as a Non- Independent Executive Director on 3 June 2002. He is the founder of the Group. He has been involved in the hardware, pipes, valves, fittings and plumbing materials industry after completing his secondary education in 1973. With more than 40 years of hands-on experience in the business and acute business vision, he has developed the Group’s businesses and responsible for the continuing growth and success of the Group. He does not hold any directorship in other public company. He attended all the four Board meetings held during the financial year ended 31 December 2020.
