Candy Pedersen is a leadership development consultant and the founder of Heart & Backbone Leadership Coaching, where they empower leaders and professionals to achieve clarity and confidence. With over 10 years of nursing experience, Candy served as an RN at Summit Home Health from 2011 to 2016 and currently holds the position of Regional Director of Operations at Enhabit Home Health & Hospice since 2023. They also manage a branch at Encompass Home Health & Hospice. Candy graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Registered Nursing from Chamberlain University in 2020 and is pursuing an ADN at Laramie County Community College.
