Chuck Kaiser is a seasoned professional in institutional investor relations and tax credit sales, currently serving at Enhanced Capital since June 2023. With a strong background in financial investments, Kaiser previously held the position of Managing Director at Monarch Private Capital from August 2018 to June 2023, where over $300 million in federal and state tax equity was placed. Kaiser’s career includes significant roles at firms such as Rockwood Group and IronRock Capital Partners, focusing on developing networks of institutional investors and enhancing client relationships within fixed income markets. Prior experience includes senior positions at Stifel Nicolaus, Wunderlich Securities, Bush O'Donnell, and A.G. Edwards & Sons, where revenue growth and relationship building were key achievements. Kaiser began the career at Goldman Sachs in institutional fixed income sales, backed by an MBA in Finance and a JD in Banking, Corporate Finance, and Securities Law from Northwestern University, as well as a BA in Economics from Vanderbilt University.
