Ajay Kamboj

Ajay Kamboj is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in corporate finance and management. Currently serving as Resident Manager and CFO at Eni since October 2006, Ajay Kamboj oversees all company activities in India, including liaising with the Director General of Hydrocarbons and the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas. Prior to this role, Ajay held the position of CFO at Eni India Limited and Director of Finance at Actaris Industry, where responsibilities included setting up accounting systems, managing mergers and acquisitions, and ensuring compliance with US GAAP reporting standards. Earlier career experience includes managerial finance roles at Metso Minerals and Group Usha, focusing on project financing and working capital management. Ajay Kamboj holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Delhi University and is a Chartered Accountant.
