Alexandra Botos is a seasoned professional in the energy sector with extensive experience in regulatory compliance, environmental management, and project development. Currently serving as a CCS Lenders/Regulatory Adviser at Eni, Alexandra engages with project teams and regulators to fulfill obligations under the LB CCS Economic Licence. Alexandra previously delivered the Hynet cluster's Approved Project Development Plan and collaborated closely with various teams and the UK Department of Energy Security and Net Zero. With a career spanning over two decades and roles in companies such as Eni Mozambique Engineering Ltd, North Caspian Operating Company, Total, and Agip KCO, Alexandra has a proven track record in strategic planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. Alexandra holds an MSc in Offshore Engineering and Resources Management from Heriot-Watt University and dual degrees in Physics and Environmental Physics from the University of Bucharest.
