Angelo Fei serves as the Head of Production Optimization & Mandatory Projects Division at Eni since September 2013, overseeing Development and Brownfield Projects in both onshore and offshore oil and gas fields. With extensive experience in project management, Angelo has held various roles including Project Interface, Project Leader utilizing Agile Methodology, Project Engineer Coordinator, Senior Project Development Analyst, Project Portfolio Analysis & Portfolio Risk Assessment Specialist, and Project Value & Risk Engineer. Responsibilities have included risk assessment, stakeholder management, and optimization of project delivery. Angelo's academic background includes a Master in Energy and Environmental Management and Economics from Eni Corporate University and a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering for Energy from Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II. Prior to Eni, Angelo worked as a Research Fellow at ENEA, contributing to the structural analysis and design of solar energy projects.
