Carmelo Graceffa

Carmelo Graceffa currently serves as the Head of Energy Transition Open Innovation at Eni since December 2022. Prior to this role, Carmelo held the position of Senior Investment Manager at ENEA Tech e Biomedical from March 2021 to December 2022 and was a Scientific Board Member of the Master in Digital Open Innovation & Entrepreneurship at Università Campus Bio-Medico di Roma from November 2020 to January 2022. Carmelo's earlier experience includes leading innovation efforts at Acea and managing open innovation initiatives at TIM, where responsibilities encompassed scouting startups, assessing innovation needs, and supporting corporate venture capital activities. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Innovation of networks and services in ICT from Politecnico di Torino and a Specialistic Degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, among other credentials in management and telecommunications.
