Chiara Martinelli has extensive experience in human resources and recruitment, currently serving as a Global Resourcing Advisor at Eni since June 2018, focusing on selection processes within the Natural Resources General Direction. Chiara's expertise includes engagement in transversal HR projects and recruitment for both expert and junior roles, particularly in the upstream business and renewables sectors. Prior positions include HR Recruiter at ALL COMMUNICATION and HR Generalist at Best Union Company S.p.A, where responsibilities spanned recruitment for agency roles and staff management for major events.
