Chiara Torti

Chiara Torti is a seasoned professional in service design and user experience, currently serving as Head of Service Design, User Experience & Agile Centers of Excellence at Eni since July 2019. Chiara also holds the position of Experience & Product Design Center of Excellence Manager and has previously worked as a Business Innovation Manager at MSC and a Service Design Master Trainer at POLI.design - Consorzio del Politecnico di Milano. Prior roles include Senior Strategist & Service Designer at both spark, a Reply company, and DINN!, and Service and Project Designer at Logotel. Chiara's academic background includes a Master of Arts in Design & Innovation from Tongji University and a Master of Science in Product Service System Design from Politecnico di Milano, complemented by an undergraduate degree in Design, Interior Design from the same institution.
