Daniela Rizzi

Daniela Rizzi is a seasoned Recruitment Manager who worked at Eni from 2015 to 2019, where they coordinated selection activities, conducted evaluations, and managed reporting and budgeting. Prior to that, they held various roles at Eni Corporate University, including Recruiter and Training Project Designer, focusing on recruitment processes and the development of training programs. Daniela also contributed as a Board Member of HR24 Networking Group from 2011 to 2016, fostering professional connections and organizing HR-related events. They completed a specialist degree in Organizational Psychology and Communication with honors from Università degli Studi di Bari, along with a master's degree in Human Resources.
