Davide Lagrasta is an experienced M&A professional, currently serving as M&A Manager for Eni since January 2020, specializing in upstream mergers and acquisitions. Prior to this role, Davide was Head of Economic Evaluations at NAOC Ltd, overseeing project evaluations across various sectors and participating in key commercial agreements. Davide's career at Eni began as an M&A Analyst, where involvement included all phases of the M&A process and significant contributions to a notable multibillion-dollar merger. Additional experience spans roles in business analysis, portfolio management, and risk analysis within the energy market. Davide holds a Master of Science in Finance and has recently completed a postgraduate degree as a Certified Post Merger Integration Specialist from the Institute for Mergers, Acquisitions and Alliances.
