Francesca Castelli

Francesca Castelli is an experienced HR professional with a focus on Human Resources Development, Change Management, and Internal Communication, both in Italy and internationally. They currently serve as an HR Manager at Eni and lead the HR Community at ROAD. Francesca has held various roles at Eni, including overseeing digital competence and change management initiatives, and has previously coordinated HR management activities in Western Europe. They hold both a Master’s Degree in General Management from eni corporate university and a Bachelor's in Economics from Istituto Commerciale G. Maggiolini.
