Francesco Tenuzzo

Francesco Tenuzzo is an accomplished professional in organizational management and human capital development, currently serving as the Head of Organization for Natural Resources at Eni since January 2021. Prior to this role, Francesco held various leadership positions at Eni gas e luce and Eni, where responsibilities included overseeing organization and human capital development, as well as managing organizational functions in retail gas and power sectors. Francesco’s career began at Tecnomare - Eni Group as a Human Resources & Organization Specialist, and earlier experience includes a role as Local Area Manager at Agos and a research assistant position at ISPI. Educational qualifications include studies at SDA Bocconi, Eni Corporate University, Università Bocconi, and Koç University.
