Javier Diaz

Javier Diaz is an experienced oil export manager currently employed at Eni Turkmenistan, where they serve as the Business Development and Lifting Manager. Previously, from 2009 to 2012, they held the role of Oil Export Manager at Karachaganak Petroleum Operating and also worked in various capacities at Eni, including Regional Business Manager for India/Pakistan and in commercial negotiations. Diaz began their career as a Business Analyst at PDVSA Petroleos de Venezuela S.A. and has a solid academic background, holding a PhD in Economics from Università Ca'​ Foscari Venezia and degrees in Geophysical Engineering and Entrepreneurial Economics from Universidad Central de Venezuela and Universidad Católica Andrés Bello, respectively.
