John Gladwin

John Gladwin is a Global Compliance Manager at Eni, where they have worked since 2014. Previously, they served in various roles at IPE/ICE from 1992 to 2008, including Senior Market Supervisor and Team Leader, overseeing significant trading activities and compliance processes. Prior to Eni, John held a Lead Compliance Monitoring position at Shell from 2011 to 2014, where they designed and implemented compliance programs across multiple regions. Their extensive background in compliance also includes roles at BP and the International Petroleum Exchange. John holds seven GCSEs from Hylands School Chelmsford.
