Julio Leva Lopez

Julio Leva Lopez is a Senior Sedimentologist at Eni, where they have worked since 2018. Previously, they held positions as an Applied Geologist at BP and an Assistant Professor at Lamar University. Julio obtained a PhD in Geology with a focus on Stratigraphy from The University of Texas at Austin, where they also served as a Graduate Student Instructor. Their research involved extensive fieldwork in various countries, analyzing clastic wedge architecture in foreland basins. Julio began their academic journey with a Licenciatura in Geology from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
