Junxiang Guo

Junxiang Guo, CEng, MIET, is a seasoned engineering professional specializing in subsea systems and control. Currently serving as Principal Engineer - Subsea System Integration at Eni since April 2025, Junxiang previously held the position of Principal Subsea Engineer at Inductosense from June 2023 to March 2025. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Baker Hughes from February 2014 to June 2023, where Junxiang excelled as a Senior Subsea Control System Engineer, overseeing large-scale EPC projects and managing system engineering, interface communication, and offshore support. Additionally, work as Lead Subsea Instrumentation Engineer at GE Oil & Gas involved managing subsea instrumentation and electrical distribution equipment. Junxiang holds an MSc in Signal Processing and Communication from The University of Edinburgh and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Northwestern Polytechnical University.
