Katie Booth

Katie Booth is currently the Head of HR Operations for Europe, Central Asia, and GDPR at Eni, a position they have held since 2022. They previously worked at Eni in various HR roles, beginning as an HR Operations Analyst in 2014 and progressing through titles such as Senior HR Operations Advisor and HR Operations Team Leader. Katie's early career included positions as an HR Admin Assistant at Oceaneering and as a Summer Placement Student at Wood Group. They completed a BA (Hons) in Business Management with First Class honors at The Robert Gordon University between 2012 and 2017.
