Lisbeth Carnell

Lisbeth Carnell (Noren) is currently the Global Reward Team Leader at Eni, a position they have held since 2012. With over a decade of experience in Global Mobility and Compensation and Benefits, they have advanced through roles such as Senior Advisor and HR Analyst within the same organization. Lisbeth is also an Associate Member of the CIPD, holding a Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management. They attended the University of Manchester, where they are pursuing a BSc in Biomedical Science, and previously earned a 1st class BSc in Sports Science and Nutrition from St Mary’s University College.
