Dr. Lucio Cecchini is an experienced agronomist with a Ph.D. in Agricultural, Food and Environmental Sciences and Biotechnologies, currently serving as a research assistant at Università degli Studi di Perugia since 2014. They have a robust educational background, including master’s degrees in Agronomy and Agricultural Economics from the University of Naples Federico II, both earned with honors. Since 2017, Dr. Cecchini has been involved in local research projects funded by the Umbria Region, focusing on the development of smart decision support systems for agricultural sustainability. In addition to their academic role, they are currently an expert business developer at Eni and hold a position at Istituto di Certificazione Etica e Ambientale.
