Marcella Scillieri has extensive experience in industrial relations and human resources at Eni. Since January 2014, Marcella has served as the Responsabile Relazioni Industriali Internazionali, overseeing international labor disputes, and has held the title of HR Manager since October 2019. Prior to these roles, Marcella was a Manager at Eni from 2010 to 2013. Educationally, Marcella holds a degree from the Scuola di Relazioni Industriali at Sapienza Università di Roma, a Dottorato di ricerca from Università degli studi Roma TRE, and a Laurea breve in Giurisprudenza from the Dipartimento di management at Università La Sapienza di Roma. Additionally, Marcella has been authorized to practice law since May 2004.
