Marco Centofanti has extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as Head of Power and Emissions Trading at Eni since April 2018, and as a Senior Energy Trader. Since May 2024, Marco has also been an Exchange Council Member at the European Energy Exchange AG. Prior roles include Power Trader and Power Market Analyst for Southern Europe at EDF Trading from November 2009 to April 2018, Power Market Strategist at ACEA SPA from February 2008 to October 2009, and Energy Procurement Analyst at ABI - Italian Banking Association from July 2005 to January 2008. Marco began a career in the energy industry as a Staff Auditor in Power & Utilities at KPMG Audit from December 2004 to June 2005. Marco holds a degree in Business Economics from Università degli studi Roma TRE, obtained between 1999 and 2004.
