Massimo Cantù is an industrial and organizational psychologist with extensive experience in recruitment, selection, and coaching. Currently, they work at Eni, where they focus on service design, user experience, and agile methodologies, in addition to being an HR specialist. Previously, Massimo held positions at Eni Corporate University, where they coordinated recruitment efforts and assessed potential in candidates. Massimo holds a bachelor's degree in psychological sciences and techniques and a master's degree in organizational psychology and marketing from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, as well as various coaching certifications.
