Maxwell Massala is the Head of Offshore Projects Department at ENI, where they oversee project management for both development and existing asset upgrading projects. Prior to this role, Maxwell held various engineering and supervisory positions, demonstrating expertise in project engineering management, commissioning, and electromechanics across several companies including Air Liquide and SOGECO Congo. Maxwell earned a Master of Business Administration from ENI Corporate University and holds an Engineer's degree in electro-mechanics from Université Marien Ngouabi. With a track record of successful project delivery and high appreciation from management, Maxwell has contributed to numerous significant offshore and onshore projects.
