Currently, Micaela serves as the Responsabile Controllo Qualità Italia at Eni, where responsibilities include managing food production projects and ensuring supplier compliance with quality standards. Micaela has previously worked in quality control laboratories at Carlsberg Group and supported winemaking operations at Cantina Michele Satta and Cantine Salvano. With advanced degrees in Food Safety Management and Neuromarketing from prestigious institutions, Micaela combines technical expertise with a deep understanding of consumer behavior.
