MICHELE LAIOLA

Michele Laiola is the Process Engineering Department Manager at Eni, where they have been involved in the Fuel Department for two years and the Lubricant Department since 2012. With extensive experience in solvent extraction and processing of lube bases and waxes, Michele monitors product quality, investigates process issues, and oversees plant operations. Prior to this role, Michele worked as a Process Engineer at Eni from 2009 to 2020 and conducted research at Enel, focusing on furnace testing for the EU RFCS Friendly Coal project. Michele holds a Master of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pisa.
