NAFAA HAMMAMI

Nafaa Hammami is an experienced professional in maintenance and health, safety, and environment (HSE) management, with a career spanning over a decade at Eni and Eni Tunisia. As Maintenance Manager at Eni from September 2010 to March 2013, Nafaa was responsible for maintenance strategy implementation and management reporting, and contributed to maintenance procedure development as a focal point for Eni upstream. Previous roles included HSE Manager and Field HSE General Manager, with significant achievements such as maintaining over five years of operations without lost time incidents and more than 150 million total man hours worked. Nafaa also served as HSE & CI Manager, supporting top management in defining safety policies and guidelines. Earlier experience at Eni Tunisia includes roles as Maintenance Engineer and Oil & Gas Field Manager, overseeing field operations and performance optimization. Nafaa holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management and a Master's degree in Instrumentation Technology, both from INSAT, where Nafaa excelled academically.
