Oscar Ojeda

Oscar Ojeda is the Head of Human Resources and Services at Eni Mexico, where the focus is on creating a dynamic and inclusive workplace that aligns with the energy sector's strategic goals. With extensive experience at Eni since 2012, Oscar has held several roles, including HR Organization & Services Manager and HRO Planning & Adm Coordinator, ensuring effective employee resource management for Eni Venezuela. Prior to Eni, Oscar served as HRO Manager and General Services for Cardon IV, S.A., and as Director at Tecnominera Sucre, overseeing the development of a mining project. Experience also includes HR Coordinator roles at ConocoPhillips Venezuela and Perez Companc - Petrobras Venezuela, where Oscar was responsible for compensation, benefits, and strategic planning. Oscar holds an MBA in Management from Universidad Metropolitana, an Advance English Level certification from the University of Victoria, and a degree in Industrial Relations from UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello.
