Pamela Tempone

Pamela Tempone, PhD, currently serves as the Wells Real-Time Data & Governance Lead and Product & Service Operation Manager at Eni since December 2016, overseeing global real-time data management and budget for advanced analytics adoption, including Big Data and AI technologies. Previously, Pamela led diverse teams in the development of AI-driven Virtual Assistants and managed a flagship Big Data Driven Drilling project while orchestrating multi-university initiatives on Rock Physics. Earlier career experiences include roles at Imperial College London, Quad Geometrics, and BP, focusing on geomechanics, rock mechanics, and 4D seismic integration, supported by a PhD in Applied Geophysics from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.
