Philip Chan

Philip Chan is currently the Head of Hydrocarbon Management at Eni, bringing over 16 years of experience in the E&P value chain. Previously, they held key positions at Neptune Energy, Statoil, Aker Solutions, and IMPaC Offshore Engineering GmbH, demonstrating expertise in fiscal metering and allocation. Philip holds a Diplom from Technische Universität Hamburg-Harburg and an MBA from the University of Warwick, and is currently pursuing degrees in Strategic Advantage at Tongji University and Sustainability at UBC Sauder School of Business. Multilingual and agile, Philip is also passionate about the ancient game of "Go" and intrigued by the potential of artificial intelligence and digitalization.
