Philippe Croene

Philippe Croene possesses extensive experience in antitrust and compliance roles, particularly in the energy sector. At Eni, Philippe held multiple positions from September 2020, including Head of Antitrust Support for Energy Evolution and Manager of the Antitrust Compliance Program. Philippe’s background includes legal experience at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton from August 2005 to March 2017, initially as a Lawyer and later as an Associate. Additionally, Philippe served as a Legal Service Trainee at the European Commission in 2006. Philippe holds a JD in Law from Luiss Guido Carli University and a DES in European Community Law from the Institute for European Studies, ULB.
