Roberto Cassone

Roberto Cassone is an accomplished professional in the geoscience and petroleum engineering fields, currently serving as FPSO RLE Construction Superintendent for the Project Baleine Phase 2 at Eni from April 2023 to September 2024, where responsibilities include supervising contractor activities and defining refurbishment strategies for FPSO KONG. Roberto's extensive experience encompasses roles such as Junior Geologist, Senior Reservoir Geologist, and Development Geology Project Coordinator, contributing to multiple projects, including offshore developments in Mexico, Congo, and Gabon. Roberto holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Geology from Università degli Studi di Trieste, along with specialized training in Oil Engineering from Politecnico di Torino and licensure as a professional geologist. Prior to Eni, Roberto worked at Vidoni S.p.a. as a Geotechnician and Pavement Engineer, further showcasing expertise in geotechnical analyses.
