Serge Borac

Serge Borac has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as the Director of Decarbonisation, Commercial and Business Development at Eni since April 2006. In this role, Serge leads commercial operations for the Kazakh Business Unit, managing international negotiations, business development, and project governance. Prior positions at Eni include Head of Commercial Negotiations for the Americas and Region Manager for South & East Europe. Serge has also held various reservoir engineering roles, overseeing asset management and development projects in regions like Iraq and Libya. Prior experience includes engineering roles at Anadarko Canada Corporation and Baker Hughes INTEQ. Serge possesses multiple advanced degrees, including an MBA from SDA Bocconi and a Master's in Reservoir Geoscience & Engineering from IFP School, along with ongoing studies in global executive MBA modules across several prestigious institutions.
