Sonia Bianco has extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management, currently serving as the Head of Support Functions Suppliers Qualifications at Eni since October 2013, where responsibilities include coordinating supplier qualification teams, approving suppliers in alignment with Eni's strategic goals, and fostering a sustainable supply chain. Prior roles at Eni encompass leadership positions such as Head of R&D Procurement Competence Center and Project Procurement Manager for the Africa region, where Sonia managed procurement for diverse energy sectors and strategic oil and gas projects across multiple countries. Previous experience includes roles at TOTAL E&P ITALIA S.p.A., where Sonia oversaw contracts and procurement methods, and at various telecommunications companies, including H3G and WIND, focusing on procurement and engineering functions. Sonia holds a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Sapienza Università di Roma and has furthered professional development through Eni Corporate University.
