Tim Dop is currently the Head of Production, East at Eni Energy Netherlands BV, where they support the integration of HSEQ and Security from Neptune Energy. Previously, Tim held various pivotal roles in the Royal Netherlands Navy, including Principal Warfare Officer and Watch Officer, and later served as Head of HSEQ at Neptune Energy, notably achieving ISO45001 certification. Tim also completed a Master of Science in Business/Commerce at the Universiteit van Amsterdam, alongside various specialized military courses. Currently, Tim is pursuing an Eni HSEQ Master’s program, focusing on the management of complex HSEQ systems.
