Timur S. currently serves as the HSSE HEAD for the FLNG CONGO Project at Eni since May 2023. Prior experience includes roles such as Senior Health, Safety, and Environment Manager at The Red Sea Development Company, contributing to Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 from October 2020 to May 2023, and Regional Director HSE at Bilfinger for a €120 million project in Russia. Timur worked at LUKOIL as HSE Manager, focusing on overseas project management systems, and at Rio Tinto overseeing HSE issues in Russia. Further experience encompasses HSE Management roles at Gazflot, Petrofac, and Jacobs, involved in various significant international projects including the FIFA World Cup 2022™ and Lower Fars Heavy Oil Project. Early career included HSE positions at LLC Intertehnika, KCA Deutag, and BP, where extensive expertise in safety management and operational compliance was developed. Timur holds a Master’s Degree in Development and Operation of Oil and Gas fields from Tyumen State Oil & Gas University.
