John Crangle

John Crangle has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. John started their career at T-Mobile, where they provided technical support for MVNO's. John then worked at BT, where they held various roles including Technical Analyst, Technical Operations Manager, and Product Manager. During their time at BT, they were responsible for managing teams, building relationships with clients, and improving CRM platforms. Currently, John is working at Enigma Interactive as a Digital Producer and Product Owner, where they lead a team of developers and manages client accounts.

John Crangle completed a degree in Product Management - Business to Business at CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing in 2018. John also earned a Bachelor of Technology - BTech in Information Technology from Sunderland ITEC between 1993 and 1995. Additionally, they obtained certifications as a Certified Scrum Product Owner from Scrum Alliance.
