Bent Hay

Bent Hay has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR Sidekick at Eniro since January 2014 and HR Manager for Gule Sider AS and Eniro Sverige AB, where responsibilities include overseeing HR processes across Norway, Sweden, and Denmark. Previous roles encompass a part-time Lay Judge Sidekick position at Oslo District Court, Head of Human Resources at TOOLS AS, Vice President HR at Bautas AS/Ramirent Norway, and various management consulting positions at Right Management and EDB STRADEC. Bent's career began in the Royal Norwegian Air Force, culminating in the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel. Educational qualifications include an MBA from BI Norwegian Business School and multiple degrees from Air Force academies in leadership, management, and related fields.
